Christopher Ortega

Executive Search Associate

Christopher Ortega has been an Executive Search Associate with the Marymont Group since 2020. He primarily sources and presents viable candidates to our recruiters, while also providing support in all areas of recruiting operations, preparing weekly materials to send to clients, and ensuring our project database is continuously updated. Chris has supported research efforts in various markets including aerospace, business development, defense, energy, and consumer products. Prior to Marymont, Chris worked in executive search and served in multiple non-profit organizations. In his spare time, Chris enjoys traveling, photography, and DIY projects. He grew up in Manhattan and now lives in Central New Jersey.

Chris holds an MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College and a BA in Psychology from Hunter College.
