Maribeth Veale

Director, Executive Recruiting

Maribeth joined the Marymont Group in 2021 as Director, Executive Recruiting. Her career spans over 28 years of both domestic and international retained executive search experience in support of the defense, aerospace, nuclear and federal markets.

Prior to joining Marymont, Maribeth served as Vice President, Global Executive Search with KeySource Thomas Thor, where she had responsibility for Executive Recruiting and Business Development activities throughout North America and Europe in support of the Nuclear industry.

In her free time, Maribeth is an avid gardener and enjoys hiking, biking and kayaking.  Maribeth attended The University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. She is based in Cleveland, Ohio.
