Allison Steinberg

Manager of Executive Search

Allison Steinberg joined the Marymont Group as a Research Associate in 2019. As a member of Marymont’s research team, Allison assisted in candidate sourcing, client deliverables, and search operations. In 2021, she became a Manager of Executive Search, where she leads recruiting for a variety of searches across the nonprofit, aerospace, and industrial sectors. Allison helps build client and candidate relationships, manages executive search processes, and assists with Marymont’s talent acquisition and human resources functions.  

Allison holds a BS in Social Work from New York University. She has lived in Manhattan since obtaining her undergraduate degree in 2019.
