Ronnette Cowlishaw is a Vice President at the Marymont Group heading the firm’s digitalization and technology practice. Her executive search experience across the innovation and emerging technology domain spans over 20 years, stemming from an early-career foundation in the wireless telecommunication industry.

Ronnette most recently served five years as Partner with Momenta Partners, a Venture Capitalist, Strategic Advisory, and Executive Search firm focused in digitalization of industry. Her career has been spent building specialty-focused search teams from the ground up.

Ronnette holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Personnel Management / Behavioral Science from Oregon State University.
