Nalorm Tay

Nalorm Tay is currently Chief of Staff at Marymont, serving as a trusted advisor to the President and working closely with the Research team to ensure projects run smoothly. Nalorm also innovates processes and implements new technology to drive efficiency improvements across the enterprise. She joined the Marymont Group in 2017 as a Research Associate. She has assisted in successfully placing candidates in technology, finance, engineering, human resources, and business development leadership roles.  

Nalorm holds a BA in Business Management from Agnes Scott College and an MS in Applied Analytics from Columbia University.
