Maribeth Veale

Maribeth is currently a Vice President of Executive Search at Marymont. She joined the organization in 2021 as Director of Executive Recruiting. Her career spans over 28 years of domestic and international retained executive search experience in support of the defense, aerospace, nuclear, and federal markets.

Prior to joining Marymont, Maribeth served as Vice President, Global Executive Search, with KeySource Thomas Thor, where she was responsible for Executive Recruiting and Business Development activities throughout North America and Europe in support of the Nuclear industry.

In her free time, Maribeth is an avid gardener and enjoys hiking, biking, and kayaking. She attended the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA, and is based in Cleveland, Ohio.
