Nalorm Tay

Head of Research and Technology

Nalorm Tay joined the Marymont Group in 2017 as a Research Associate. She has assisted in successfully placing candidates in technology, finance, engineering, human resources, and business development leadership roles. Currently, Nalorm is the Head of Research and Technology. She works closely with the Research team to ensure projects run smoothly. In her spare time, Nalorm innovates processes and implements new technology to drive efficiency improvements across the enterprise.

Nalorm holds a BA in Business Management from Agnes Scott College and an MS in Applied Analytics from Columbia University.
