Jim Barnes

Vice President, Executive Search

Jim Barnes is a Vice President, Executive Search and focuses on recruiting supply chain executives and corporate leaders.  He has been an executive in supply chain and finance organizations for more than 30 years, bringing expertise and understanding of the challenges of acquiring and retaining extraordinary leaders particular to a broad spectrum of industries.

Prior to joining Marymont, Jim held executive positions with Johnson Controls, the Institute for Supply Management, and KPMG as well as other industry-leading organizations. He frequently advised the companies he worked with on talent identification, acquisition, and retention, often reporting to the CEO and board of directors.

Jim has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Suffolk University, Boston, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Lawrence University, New York. He has also completed an economics and business relations semester at the London School of Economics, England, participating in an international scholar exchange program.
