Caroline DuBois

Caroline DuBois is an Executive Search Manager and has been at The Marymont Group since 2021. She coordinates with our team to identify and recruit high-quality candidates for our retained searches and assists in the preparation of search materials for both candidates and clients. Caroline has assisted in successfully sourcing and recruiting candidates for roles in the aerospace & defense, consumer goods, IT services, IT consulting, and manufacturing industries, to name a few. 

Caroline started with the Marymont Group as an Executive Search Research Intern just before graduating from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Biological Sciences. Caroline grew up in Connecticut, where she resides today. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys playing ice hockey with her family and hiking with friends.
