Dr. Koch is a Partner with the S.U.P. Group. He has been in this role for ten years, gaining in-depth experience in senior executive staffing. Dr. Koch brings to his clients uncompromising dedication and quality based on his thirty years of experience in industry and consulting. He is known for his expertise in the utility & energy industries and is familiar with the intricacies of the engineering business. Dr. Koch has lived and worked in Europe, the U.S. and Asia and, as a result, has gained a high degree of sensitivity to cultural issues. Today, his professional focus is staffing senior executive positions at organizations that are preparing to make significant changes.
Dr. Koch is one of the architects of novel management audit techniques and has been very successful in a number of targeted searches in the fields of technology and engineering. His latest assignments are from multinational corporations such as GE, RWE, E.ON and Siemens.
Prior to joining S.U.P., Dr. Koch began his career at General Electric’s automation and drives business unit. Later, he held managerial assignments with AEG and DaimlerChrysler, where he served as General Manager -- Industrial Sector.
Dr. Koch holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from London University, UK.
