Dr. Tilman Frank is a
founding partner of the CAPITALENT group in Frankfurt. His areas of competence
are the health care industry and the finance function. In his many years
as a strategy and human resources consultant Dr. Frank has coached numerous
young talents who have become successful managers and CEOs in companies such as
Gillette and Puma. Prior to starting CAPITALENT, Dr. Frank worked for
many years as a partner at S.U.P. Earlier in his career, Dr. Frank
founded the first international marketplace for the medical industry, GloMedix,
and consulted for the health care industry as a McKinsey engagement manager.
Dr. Frank has studied in Frankfurt, Paris, New
Haven and Basle. He holds a medical degree from Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe
University in Frankfurt am Main.
