STEP 1: Organizational Profile & Needs Assessment
Perform initial meetings with the hiring executive and key company officials.
Outline the client’s organizational structure, culture and candidate requirements.

STEP 2: Position Review
Prepare a written report outlining the position specification.
Our report confirms all aspects of the placement including key success factors, required qualifications and essential characteristics of an ideal candidate.

STEP 3: Research & Candidate Identification
Search and review our IT database, prior research and targeted companies within specific industries.
Generate a qualified and comprehensive list of prospects.
Strategize with the client regarding potential targets.
Selectively approach potential candidates.

STEP 4: Candidate Screening & Interviews
After reviewing prospect resumes and performing initial telephone screenings, we selectively meet and interview candidates.
We then match the experience, capabilities and cultural fit of the candidate to the position.

STEP 5: Presentation of Candidates
Produce detailed, written profiles of successful candidates . Profiles summarize the accomplishments, capabilities, strengths, weaknesses and personal attributes of the candidate.
Schedule and organize meetings between the client and the candidates, handling all matters including travel arrangements and expense reimbursement.

STEP 6: Candidate Selection
Upon final selection of a candidate, we conduct a thorough background review.
We verify candidate qualifications, educational degrees and professional licenses through detailed research and in-depth discussions with previous superiors, subordinates and colleagues of the candidate.

STEP 7: Negotiation & Search Completion
We assist the client with the negotiations of all relevant issues including compensation, benefits and relocation.
During this final stage, we monitor and assess the situation and provide important feedback to both parties, ensuring an acceptance decision by the candidate and completion of the placement.

STEP 8: Post Placement
Once the new hire is in place, we maintain an open dialogue with both parties, providing additional consulting and feedback to ensure a successful and timely integration process.
We continue to communicate with both the client and the new executive, sustaining a productive, long-lasting relationship.
