Mr. Tobin is a preeminent recruiting consultant in the aerospace and defense industries with a storied military and professional career spanning five decades. Over the course of his career, Mr. Tobin has successfully completed top CEO and Board of Director searches for organizations including Honeywell, TRW, Rockwell Collins, DynCorp, and CSC.
Mr. Tobin joined the Marymont Group as a Managing Partner in 2011. From 1986 to 2005, Mr. Tobin played a leading role at Korn/Ferry International, serving as the Managing Director and Chairman of the Defense & Aerospace practice. From 1961 to 1981, Mr. Tobin was a professional military officer serving in a variety of command and staff positions worldwide.
Mr. Tobin has served on the Board of Directors at Integrated Defense Technologies, Inc. and DynCorp International and is an Advisory Board Member at Veritas Capital.
Mr. Tobin holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy and advanced degrees from both George Washington University and Long Island University.
